St John the Russian Parish

Located at 77 cours Eugénie in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon, the Orthodox Church of St John the Confessor, also known (particularly in Greece) as St John the Russian, is a parish of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR). Services are celebrated primarily in Church Slavonic and French, following the Old Calendar. Our parishioners come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, but are united by a common Orthodox faith.
